Ms. Rivas has over 13 years of experience as a licensed clinical social work with a dual-language and multicultural background. She's worked with many different populations, including LGBTQ+ people, substance addicts and victims of violence from intimate partners. Mrs. Rivas serves Erie Patients since the year 2019. Telehealth services are currently available in Behavioral Health. Ms. Rivas belongs to the Perinatal team for Behavioral Health that works with pregnancies as well as postpartum women. She has been trained in trauma-informed and adult EMDR. She also provides individual and group therapy and Medication-Assisted Treatment programs, Recommendations to Specialty Care, Women's Support group. Amanda works as an Best Friends Animal Society volunteer, helping to find permanent homes for homeless animals. Amanda is committed towards the Best Friends slogan "Save Them" and is working hard to transform Los Angeles into an animal-free city.
